The Main house

The Main House of the Potomac Overlook Farms property consists of six suites with a variety of different sleeping options to meet your family’s needs. The Guest House is available as an addition to your reservation, giving you an extra 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room with a gas fireplace. Please also be advised that the Guest House may be rented to a separate party, who will not have access to the Main House you rent. Shared spaces include the parking area and grounds activities. This is ONLY a possibility during November, December, January, February, March and April. All other times of year, the entire property is occupied by only your group.

The Estate is a Google Smart Home, programmed to make your stay as convenient as possible. The Main House contains a Game Room, Projector Screen Movie Room, beautiful Dining Room, an Indoor Bar, a lower level Kitchenette, an outdoor Hot Tub and a light-filled, open concept Main Level. The expansive decks outfitted with grills, propane fire pits and cozy chairs allow you to soak in the fresh air and river views. The Estate also contains a pool with an adjacent Tiki Hut for lazy afternoons along the Potomac River. You’ll find a shed full of outdoor games, an assortment of kayaks available for use during your stay, as well as a sport court for basketball, pickle ball, frisbee golf and racquet ball. Potomac Overlook Farms is truly a vacation destination designed to bring you closer to the ones you love.

MAIN HOUSE bedrooms

River birch

Located on the second floor, River Birch is considered the Master Suite. The large room boasts a gas fireplace, Roku TV, dresser and beautiful views of the river that can be enjoyed from the King Size bed. The en suite bathroom contains two separate sinks, shower, jacuzzi tub, separate toilet room and plenty of storage space.

dogwood

The Dogwood is located on the second floor and provides a great space for the kids in the family to hang out. The room consists of a Twin Size set of bunk beds and a Full Size set of bunk beds, as well as a full size closet and attached full bath. This room has an additional Jack & Jill closet shared with The Maple Suite.

Maple

Maple is a light filled corner suite on the Upper Level. Relax in a Queen Size bed while enjoying the views of the Potomac River. The room is equipped with a Roku TV, nice sized closet, dresser, private bathroom and a cot should you need to sleep an additional guest.

oak

The Oak Suite is located on the First Floor of the Main House. This King Suite has a cozy gas fire place and bay windows that look out into the front yard. The room has a closet, Roku TV and shares a Jacuzzi bathroom with the main floor.

FOXGLOVE/SYCAMORE SUITE

The Foxglove/Sycamore Suite is a two bedroom Lower Level Suite that shares a jacuzzi tub bathroom. Sycamore is a bright, cozy Queen room with a Roku TV and closet. Foxglove is furnished with a Queen bed and a Daybed that contains an additional pull out sleeping option. The room contains a closet, Roku TV, dresser and opens out onto a patio.
