Reservation policies

Cancellations.

• 100% Refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of booking.

• 50% Refund if cancellation is made prior to 60 days of reservation.

• 0% Refund if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to reservation.

• All cancellations should be in writing.

Payment Policy.

• If booking within 90 days of reservation date, 100% of the total amount is due upon booking.

• If booking more than 90 days of reservation date, 50% of the total amount is due upon booking, and the remaining 50% will be due at 90 days prior to the reservation.

• A $500 hold will be placed on your credit card 1 day prior to check in and will be released within 1 day after check out, assuming no damage has been assessed.

Booking.

• The primary guest must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older.

• ID will be required prior to or upon check in.
