Potomac OVERLOOK FARMS guest house

The Guest House of the Potomac Overlook Farms property consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The bathroom contains a jacuzzi tub/shower combination for ultimate relaxation. The living space consists of a full-size kitchen, pantry, dining table, and living room with a remote-controlled ceiling fan and a gas fireplace. The large screened-in deck allows for expanded living space and nature watching.

You’ll have access to all of our fun outdoor activities: kayaks, disc golf, basketball, racquetball, bocce ball, yard games, fire pit, fishing, and general enjoyment of the property.

Between November and April, the Guest House is available for a quiet weekend getaway! Note that the next door Main House could possibly be booked by a separate group. Those guests will NOT have access to the Guest House. Shared amenities would be the parking area and any grounds activities.

In May through October, the Guest House is only booked as an add-on to your reservation for the Main House, giving your group access to all the property amenities. Please inquire at the time of booking so we can arrange to have it clean, comfortable, and ready for you. *Note: We cannot guarantee a last-minute reservation for the Guest House addition due to maintenance and staffing.

CORALBERRY

Coralberry contains a Queen/Twin bunk bed- perfect for a couple and small one. A nice size closet also allows you to spread out and settle in. The closet has plenty of storage and contains a roll-away cot with linens for an extra sleeper. Black out shades keep it dark and cozy for sleeping in.

MAYAPPLE

Mayapple contains a full closet and dresser with plenty of storage space. This bedroom welcomes you with a cozy Queen size bed and black out curtains for lazy mornings browsing the Roku TV. Cool off with the remote controlled fan and don’t forget to ask the GoogleHome device what the weather will be so you can plan your adventure for the day!

Guest House living Spaces

The Guest House is your escape to do everything or absolutely nothing at all. Enjoy thoughtful amenities, great local attractions and everything the 10 acre estate offers.

Parking Area

You may park in any of the 3 spaces to the right of the entry door. Additional parking is designated to the left of the Guest House.

A coat closet in the foyer is available for coats and shoes.

Please note that you must climb stairs to access the space.
