“The Old Dominion is one of the best known nicknames for Virginia that derives from the fact that Virginia was the first, thus the oldest, of overseas dominions of kings of England. This dinner named for a famous cookbook from 1909 will take us through the 20th century cuisine popular at the time in Virginia. Dinner consists of five courses with an optional wine pairing.”
