Whether you’re a beginning birder or an expert, you’ll be impressed by the many bird species you’ll find at the Banshee Reeks Nature Preserve south of Leesburg. The 695-acre preserve has a diversity of habitats and a variety of nature trails. Join Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy and the Friends of Banshee Reeks for the monthly bird walk at this birding hot spot. Bring binoculars if you have them.
