Learn how to better appreciate and evaluate wines with award-winning Viticulture and Small Fruit Specialist, Dr. Joseph Fiola. Enjoy demonstrations about how to better appreciate the nuances of wines by using the 5Ss of wine evaluation while Dr. Fiola reveals how to discern the levels of acid, sweetness, alcohol, and tannins in wines. Changing forever how you evaluate wines, this enjoyable experience includes wine tastings. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
